The Dynamic Pricing Competition 2021 final competition evaluation is finally done. The competition has been hard – really high standard contestants. Who has risen above everyone in each category? Let’s find out!
DYNAMIC CHALLENGE
The podium is shared by two teams – on one side we have Ernst Oldenhof, Ph.D, head of the Data Analytics team in Internal Audit at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich. On the other side, the team from TUM (Technical University of Munich), formed by Larkin Liu (Doctoral Candidate), Yihua Wang (M. Sc. and Research Assistant) and Prof. Dr. Stefan Minner. Congratulations to you all!
OLIGOPOLY CHALLENGE
The team of TUM (Technical University of Munich), formed by consisting of Larkin Liu (Doctoral Candidate), Yihua Wang (M.Sc. and Research Assistant) and Prof. Dr. Stefan Minner also won this category. So kudos again to the TUM School of Management team, who also won the Dynamic challenge!
DUOPOLY CHALLENGE
Duopoly winner is Matt Dickenson (https://mattdickenson.com/), software engineer in Colorado. He holds a BS degree in political science from the University of Houston and an MS degree in computer science from Duke University. He is also the author of two books and has taught graduate-level programming and data science courses throughout the United States. Congrats Matt!
